REAR RUBBING (17'*8 + 20 mm H&R Spacers).

Hello,

I have installed the brabus monoblock VI rear with 225/45 offset et30 with 20mm H&R spacers, and I have some times rubbing.

Tomorow I will take pictures, but I supose ocasional rubbing is very bad and will take out the spacers.

Do you know if H&R 10mm or 15mm will have enough clear area?

Best Regards.

Ruben.

Are those authentic Brabus? ET30 with 20mm spacer means you have ET10?

I have the same Brabus 17" x 8" et30 rims without any spacers and with 225/45/17 tires all round.
I've no rubbing problem with the either fenders or shocks.

Regards

I thought the 05 and the C32 brakes would clear without spacers on the C7 wheels.

the spacers look good. see if maybe 10mm spacers might do the trick. you could even go as low as 5mm if you wanted.

Crap. That means 20mm spacers with lowering springs will DEFINITELY rub on my C230k... Rain on my parade...

Yes removing spacers solved the rubbing. I think 10 mm spacers will be OK.

Best Regards.
