2007 c230 sport engine light
I know this is a known problem but i am trying to find out if my light went on based off one of two problems. I had a mechanic look at it and my vin # is WDBRF52H17F904015
1) the code that came up was p2005 so he said could be worst case scenario the balance shaft issue
2) a new cam shaft magnet ( exaust sensor B bank 2 ) I had recently replaced two oil leaks ( replaced valve cover and camshaft plugs it was leaking onto my exaust )
Only 90K miles on it i am wondering if its past the cut off date for the balance shaft issue cause the mechanice said it could just be the magnet from the leaks. Thanks in advance!
