due to the recent loss of my w202

I'm in the market for a new car I was thinking about a 203...what would be a fair price for a 2001 c240 w/ 30-50k miles on it (lets assume everything is good condition inside and out)...a '04 or '05 one would kill me insurance wise

Sorry for your loss. A C320 cost more but has a better resale value. I don't know what your budget is but warranty is important. $20 -$25k gets a good car with a warranty.
