2004.5 C320 Sports Sedan
Cool New to the MB Family

I just got my first Benz!!!

2004.5 c320 sports sedan
Obsidian Black with Ash Leather

I was wondering whats the best way to approach the Mods since i want to do them gradually as I have the money to pay for them.

The things I want to do are:
- Lowering the car down
- 19" wheels - Black chrome look
- Wider tires
- change the grill to the one with the emblem in it
- Take off the hood emblem and either put on the flat emblem
or change the hood to a carbon fiber hood
- Smoke all the chrome to a black chrome
- Tint the windows with limo tint
- Possibly put on a body kit
- Dual exhaust

Is NOS even something I could put on this car?

I have only had the car since July 2nd and abesolutly love the car!!!

Any suggestions you have are greatly appreciated.

I will post pics soon as I get some server space to put them on!

Congrats! -- good to see some more C320s here!
I don't do much modding since my car is leased, but I did do the flat hood emblem, which is a piece of cake. Do a search to see the various sellers of this product, which takes about 5 minutes to install yourself.

I had NOS on my last car and love the rush but wasn't sure it if was available for the benz. It would be the last thing I put on though.

What order do you all think would be best to do the Mods in?

That sounds like a plan.

I think I am going with a set of either 18's or19's Black Chrome wheels.

Will post a pic once i get one.

Found a Shop to tint the windows with Limo tint for about $180. Sound like a good price?

Price sounds about right. Also check with them to make sure they replace your window seals with softer "moleskin" type seals (not sure if this applies to sedan), so that the tint doesn't get scraped off.

As for NOS, there's no official kits, but as you're probably familiar with, you can probably obtain a bolt-on kit. I wouldn't push past the basic rule of HP/4. I thought about getting a kit for my car, but seeing as I don't drag or anything, I'd barely use it.

If you want some serious power (and have quite a bit of $$$$ to burn), you may want to supercharge your engine: http://www.kleemann.dk/tuning/index.htm Fully warrantied and guaranteed. Engine will go from 220HP to 330HP(!).

Welcome, and good luck! Make sure to post lots of pictures as you install these modifications.

Ya they will replace it with the moleskin

As for the supercharger I think I will wait till the rest of the Mods are done.
(can't afford it yet)

I think I'll scrap the idea of NOS after my friend blew his hood off while driving last night.

white and whiter
welcome.

i thought you're talking about the sport packged 04.5. anywayz, for your case the best way to mod is

1. rims/tires
2. lowering
3. anything else that's on your mind. it's up to you. The first two is a must first so the car would look good. lol

Thanks guys! You all are great! Everyone is like family here instead of like on forumns where it is all mudslinging.

I am going to start with with
- Take off the hood emblem and either put on the flat emblem (DONE)
- Tint the windows with limo tint
- 18" wheels - Black chrome look
- Wider tires
- Lowering the car down
- change the grill to the one with the emblem in it
- Dual exhaust

I have to do it in stages. Iwish i had the $$$ to do it all in one shot.

But its more fun this way!!!
