newbi in cars... what is a Pulley Kit?
Where do they install it?
How does it works?
Any pictures?
Any side effects from the Pulley?
Is it better than a chip?
Is it less harmful to the car than a chip?

I once saw a Bart Simpson pic where he was writing on a chalkboard about search and/or google. Unfortunately it was in German and I have as yet to find it in English. That would make a good sig pic.

What year car and engine do you have? That may help in narrowing down what's available. For example, if you have the venerable 2.3L then search for M111 pulley if you have the 1.8L M271 then search for M271, if you have a V6, search for C240 or C320 pulleys, if you have a C32 then search for that. Can't give you a generic answer as the 4 cylinder pulley kits and 6 cylinder pulley kits work differently.

BTW, chips are extremly harmful, my front bumper and hood are covered with them.
