Unhappy Turn signals self cancelling???

Ok, I've had the car for about 24 hours now, and the only thing that's bugging me about it is the turn signals seem very reluctant to self-cancel.

Anyone else have this problem? Is it me or is something not working right??? I'm talking about turning them on while going straight, taking a 90 degree turn, and they won't shut off.

Annoying...

Other than that, I think I'm gonna like this little beastie!

Mine cancels with the slightest turn, same as all other cars I've owned. Better have the dealer look at it.

The dang things worked fine on the way in to work this morning...

Hmmm... Maybe I just don't know how to use them yet!

Keep this in mind: there's a feature that if you just momentarily move the turn signal control up or down slightly from "rest" position, you get 3 blinks w/auto shutoff (for highway passing). Make sure you're not hitting the lever as you turn, or you'll get an extra after the lever has "clicked" back.

Not sure if I'm explaining it right, but hopefully, you get the idea.

I think of MB-BOB everytime I use this feature.

I'd like to respond with a snappy retort - but after "faith"-fully staying up late last night to catch Eliza Dushku on Jay Leno, I'm a bit brain-dead this morning.

:p
