I have a 2001 c320 with 120k miles. I recently broke down with cylinder 1,2,3 misfire. I replaced the spark plugs because I needed to anyway and it fixed that misfire issue but I am getting a serious lack of power and misfire at acceleration that I didn’t have before that sometimes( 25% of the time) that does not throw any codes or lights. I hit the gas and it struggles and pops(exhaust) when accelerating then is fine after 5 seconds. Any suggestions. It’s perfectly fine on the highway and has full
power and only does this at very low rpm

Check your fuel pressure. It should be around 53psi at all time even when you rev it. The symptoms you describe sound like a failing fuel pump.
