2005 Mercedes Benz C55 style quad exhaust
Talk to some techs, like at AUTOWERKS or RENNTECH or HARTON MOTORWERKS, they'll tell you the technicalities of exhaust systems and their compatibility with different type engines, and single / dual set ups in the rear.
Like I said before, I was just thinking out loud, and when there's someone else in the room, it's called brainstorming. Just throwing ideas out there and not all are going to make sense or be good, but anyone who's worked in a big company will know that by brainstorming, many GREAT ideas are formed.
I don't know but when I was raised we were taught not to call people Stupid or Dufus for having an idea. Times have changed....

So, do you know how the Weltmeiser Exhaust would affect a C320 sedan?
"So if I buy a fake tip and lay it in my front seat , it will affect my muffler also ?"
in the words of TRUMP, if you were working in my corporation, I would just have to say: "YOU'RE FIRED !"
anyway, see if you can get the specs from Weltmeiser on that specific exhaust, and see if they tell you exactly what the air flow schematics are.
Then take that info, and aks one of the reputable TUNERS around, and see what they tell you, based on experience and installations.
The ones I listed before, should be able to give a straight skinny on the different exhaust systems out there. Each one is different, so I personally wouldn't know the subtle specs. sorry for the vagueness...
just getting back from a Corporate Firing !!!

Instead of getting the correct pipe to start with......Wow... All ideas are not good ones

I guess I'll have to ask around. The only other alternative, if there will be backflow problems, would be to get it and weld the muffler split shut.

not saying there WILL be backflow problems with Weltmeiser, but do a little homework first. I've heard fairly good things about Weltmeiser, but don't remember if they referred to a C230K or a C320. If you talk to Randall, at the first TUNER shop I mentioned, he can give you the TRUE skinny on these exhausts, and what it will specifically DO or NOT DO for your car ! He knows what he's talking about. Let him know, I referrred you to him...

his set up looks too awsome with the actual mufflers on each side. props to u man
to tell the truth, this was a spontanious buy because my car was in the shop and i bought a body kit that i thought had the 2 openings for the quad exhaust and there were really not many choices. or at least any choices i liked plus i was on a time budget. this came closest. i originally wanted like square tips like the remus ones but they dont have the setup, either way this worked out really nice
How does it sound? How do you like it? How much difference do you feel when you get on the gas? Come on give up the info
Or deal with a mad crow!@!!

The AMG exhaust is the BEST you can get for your car, performance wise, look wise... not so much about costs though... costs, it will cost ya... but it is the real thing!
