Lightbulb Pro Clip USA

i have iPod mini and bought the belkin cup holder stand for iPod.
since it won't fit, i was searching the web and found Pro Clip USA.
they claim install will be done in 30sec~2min without messing up the interior.
cool thing about this is u can just change the mounting kit to fit cell fone, PDA, etc...
i want ur opinions b4 i swipe my card.

that looks pretty cool !!
I wonder if it will hold the SIRIUS mini thing too ? If the mounting kit can hold just about anything, than it's definitely a nice piece of work.

MJ50 without filling out the registration, password, and all that other stuff they ask for... what's the price ? It doesn't say on the linked page.

Also, what are the guys in the UK and Australia using ? I've seen similar apparatus on their cars when they post pics on the forums ? They all look the same though, so I wonder if its one of those Non-USA MB parts !?!

The mount is about $30 and the holder is about $20-30.

I think that's reasonable, if it holds true to adapting to just about anything you throw at it !

how come no one else is commenting on this contraption ?

i'm not a fan of clips either...
but considering our w203 cupholders in the front, if i use belkin holder, then i won't have space to put my coffee in the morning.
after surfing the web, this was most ideal for me (didn't want those clips that covers air vents). i just placed an order. will post some pics after install...

I am using the pro-clip, the center air-mount type. Used it for mounting my ipaq pda.

i totally agree with that. unfortuanely i may have to resort to uysing one. im running out of cubby space. COMAND, XM in ashtray, UHI will be in center armrest in 2 weeks. i have nowhere else to put things.

The Pro Clip is a first class product and mounts as easy as they say. I've used one for about a year for my personal PC to which I down loaded navigational software.

The vehicle-specific telephone mounts from PanaVise and from Pro-Fit International are a very nice solution. No visible holes are created, they fit well and they orient the device toward the driver.

I have the pro-fit. The fit and finish are great.

I am probably going to move my phone cradle to this mount as I prefer to have quicker access to my phone then under the armrest. (I am in and out of my car quite often)

Attached is the a pic of it installed on my car.

BTW I have my Ipod installed on a belkin cup holder with the cup holder removed and screwed into a piece of foam that sits cleanly in the compartment under the stereo. I'd take pics but my crappy coolpix 995 camera is broken. Its to bad they don't have the holder for the ipod mini.
