C 220 CDI SHAKE AFTER SHIFT TO GEAR (R - D)

Hello,
I have a 2006, C 220 with 100.000 KM (60.000 Miles), when I start the engine, then shift to Reverse or Drive, engine shake, revs go down and engine stop completely. But, when I wait like 5 minutes and then shift to drive or reverse, there is no shake and only few revs go down.

why does this occurs? I hope you can help me.

Other info:
- 5w-40 engine oil
- ambient temp 20°C (68 °F)
- I have total access to Xentry DAS

not a merc
Put it into drive with your foot off the brake. If it drives off without wanting to stall it probably your torque converter

I also have the same car. A 2010 C220 CDI sitting at 132000kms. This only happens in the morning or when the engine is cold. I will start the vehicle and it will idle as normal, as soon as I put on drive or reverse whilst my foot is on the brakes, the vehicle will vibrate and switch off. If I put on drive and immediately take the foot of the brakes it goes but I should not stop otherwise it will switch off the engine. This continues until the vehicle engine gets warmer and the vehicle will now be fine. Could this be the torgue converter?
