Over heating
my w203 c200 kompressor was over heating, changed the radiator, the expansion tank and water pump. It didn't solve the problem.
checked the engine and the gasket was all damaged, got a new engine and the heating went for a few days. Now it is back, checked everything is okay, a part from an opening on the intercooler making a deep base sound! Could an opening on the intercooler be causing the car to heat up?
Thank you

Are you using the correct coolant? If your pump work and the thermostat is working, then there is no reason why you're having cooling problems unless something is clogged. A possible cause of this is using non approved coolant, resulting in corrosion.
Does the coolant have any unusual colour?
heating up still, realised fan failure. The fan doesn't turn on, changed it but went still turn.
the mechanic checked for circuit issues and everything is well!!
He now thinks, the issue is with the computer, that may be it doesn't send signals to the fan.
Gonna run some diagnostics and see

I think there is a circuit board (ie some kind of logic) attached to the radiator fan. You may want to look into this part as well.
Fan fixed and runs works well. within like 30 minutes of car idling the car heats up, the hose pipe from the radiator is all pressured up!!
The Mechanic has recommended removing the radiator check it for any blockages as he is sure the rest of the cooling parts are okay.....any thoughts on this?

I've heard that MB radiators (some of them at least) have lots of rather small passageways that can corrode and clog up (galvanic corrosion) if the wrong coolant is used. Some people have had problems with clogged radiators here before, so I wouldn't be surprised if this is the problem you're running into.
The radiator can also be replaced if the mechanic is pulling it out anyways.
