I've had it for 6 years and it fits any car. It holds really tight too.
I'm not sure if they still make it. I've tried to find another one but no luck.
But they still sell one for skis.

I bougth the Thule system for my coupe, 2 weeks ago, when I bougth my Down-Hill bike, since I can't put it inside of the car (what I allways did with my XC bike) it cost me 280€ with the bike carrier and with the aero aluminium bars. In highways its a bit noisy but its a very strong system, my bike is very heavy (19kg) and it keeps allrigth there in the roof.
I will post some pics when I have it on

I want to see someone compare teh Thule vs Yakima vs MB factory bike racks. Cause I'm gonna need one really soon.
Stability
Which has teh least likelihood of causing paint damage?
Overall quality?

Anonymouse,
I would also look for security features as well. Not just locking the rack down, but locking the bikes/skis/toys so no one wanders off with them when it takes longer than two seconds at the gas station or coffee shop

I have a Yakima system available for sale. It was originally used on our Accord (sold) and I bought one pair of clips (Q39) to convert it to use on my C-Coupe. Since we have an Element with a rack, I probably won't use this. It will need Q83 clips to complete the conversion to a c-class roof. You can usually find clips on eBay for $5-$10.
According to Yakima's website, you will need the stretch kit in order to use the Boa bike mounts on both the C-coupe and C-sedan. Because of this, I'm willing to sell the parts of this rack seperate so you can get whatever accessories suit you.
Here's what I have. Price is firm and does not include shipping. Local pickup/delivery is available in MA & NH. The condition of all of these is mint. Stored during winters.
4 Q-towers + 48” bars & 3 pairs of clips (Q39, Q92, Q93) $170
Locks (6 cores) $40
2 Boa bike mounts w/wheel forks $100
FYI: These are the retail prices and part numbers from REI.com:
Q Towers
Part #8000124 1 $129.00
Q92 Clips
Part #8000692 1 $27.00
Q93 Clips
Part #8000693 1 $27.00
48" CrossBar
Part #8000408 1 $52.00
Boa fork mount
Part #8002065 2 $140.00
Wheel Fork
Part #8002067 2 $60.00
SKS Lock Cores-6 Pack
Part #8007206 1 $54.00
Total: $489.00

There are 4 of us going on the Ski-Trip, 2 of us have our own skis/snowboard. If I put the seat down and pass them through, the back seat will be cramped.
I'm not going rent ski's when I own them, that's the whole point in buying skis, is so you don't rent.

W203 Sedan Roof Rack -- Want to Buy
Do any W203 owners or former owners have a MB roof rack system they would like to sell? Getting back into road biking and well need a way to get to and from! Back seat is just not the best place for the bike....
If anyone does have a set of bike carriers and some cross bars let me know.
Thanks

Brought it home in the R350 but not keen on drving that car every day... just to big. Plus you cant have any seats up if you put it in the back of the R and then its just a big cargo van. Should just have gotten a sprinter van!
