How to start the engine with one turn only
Hi everyone, I am very new with my c200 kompressor w203. My friend his has c180 kompressor and he said the car will start if i turn the key to 3rd position and release my hand (one turn only). But my car can not do like that. I have to hold at 3rd position for a while (2 second) or the car will not start. I am thinking about check a relay (or replace it). Does anyone have this problem and solution for this. Many thanks.

if anyone know this problems please help me 
. I think this cause by starter replaced not right part or problem with the ECU (I already change ECU becasue my orginal is dead and the garage was get another one for me with copy program from old ECU to this new)

Just noticed your mentioned your car is a W203 but your signature says your car is a W202. Which is it? We need to know the year of your car.
The W203 starter is identical between manuals and automatics.
There is probably some setting that wasn't moved over. You will need a StarDAS or Xentry to look into it.
