Help!, weird noise after C32 Brake Install

Had 18 inch Konig Imagine, those came with hubcentric rings. I installed the brakes and unortunately, the calipers rubbed for about 1-2mm. I bought a pair of H&R 5mm hubcentric spacers. Those did the job. Now the car drives fine most of the time but on fast left-right transitions (zig zag) the driver's side make a "clang clang" noise when the car is going to the right. I thought I did everything right. My suspicion is that the hubcentric ring may not be sitting flush on the spacer? I tightened the lug nuts to 82 lbs.
Any idea guys?

One more test drive

Well, after one more test drive it seems that the noise is happening strictly on right turns at speeds of 5-15mph or so. Turning the wheel all the way to the right while stationary produces no noise.

It could be a cable touching the driveshaft, a coincidence after you installed the brakes.
