W203 rear stabiliser end link
Hi all,
I'm really confused. I have the dreaded squeek from rear suspension when driving over slightest imperfections on the road. I purchased the rear stabiliser end links from a parts store. When I took it to a mechanic he tells me that there is no place to fit the part, I.e. there isn't a place on the rear suspension that this part will fit in.
I drive a 2002, w203 c180 non kompressor. Below is the part that I purchased.

W203's should all have the same sway bar end links unless i'm wrong. I had no idea a C180 existed but I doubt it has bespoke parts since these are the ones for all of the C and CLK cars even the AMG's
If there is not a place to install them, you are either completely missing a rear sway bar assembly, or someone needs to stop working on cars which I would not think is the case.

Not sure if that is the exact part you need (I assume it is if FCP says so) but yes, those connect the rear sway bar to the strut assembly. Just take off a rear wheel and it's right there.

Thanks slammer111. Will definitely take it to another mechanic this week. Im hoping this solves the noise issue.
