Hey mj50,
What brand of bulbs do you have in the foglights? Also, what kind of city lights do you have. Do both of them have a blue tint on the bulb? I'm looking for matching beams but without blue tints.

For those of you that have swapped out their city lights (wedge bulb) with Bi-Xenons, how do you do it? I'm not a complete moron, but I tried to do it, and I could barely fit my fingers in there. Does it twist out or does it pull pop out?

I still wanted to see if anyone has the piaa super white 9006 bulbs in their crystal clear fogs for the '05 C230 SS. I'm looking for a bulb that won't reflect blue in my fogs in the daytime, but I also want something to match my bi-xenons at night......I came to the conclusion that the PIAA Super Whites bulb tint are the least blue. Anyone have these? Some pictures would be nice. Pictures of other bulbs in daytime and nightime would also be nice!

Dangerous
I installed a HID conversion kit into my fogs last year and I must say it is quite dangerous, here's why...
Our cars will start to use the fog lights as indicators when the primary indicator bulb blows. Unless you decide not to use your indicators at all until you get to a gas station to buy a replacement bulb one of your HIDs will be triggered on and off at a very fast rate. At some point one of the ballast blew (a loud fizzzz and a lot of smoke). Thank god it didn't catch on fire!

If the fogs were in fact "yellow" then it would be different. (like on the IS300)
They're not yellow, so I can't see them being that much safer than a set of xenon type bulbs.

i asked the similar question on a similar thread 2 days ago and nobody answered. so i'm planning to
1. buy clear foglight LENSES
2. get some yellow foglight BULBS, http://nlmotoring.com/index.php?main...oducts_id=9790
hopefully, it works.
