But it is easier for them to help you troubleshoot when they have accurate and detailed information.
Such as pictures and descriptions of how and when the trouble presents.
Open up the switch and give it a good cleaning. Then add some silicone lubricant.
Basically the problem is there are rubber nubs that depress when a button is pushed. They're supposed to pop back up, but sometimes they don't. At least that's what I found on my car when a mirror started acting up.
