Rattles, Ticking, knocking, rattling DIY FIX
I think I managed to fix most of them so I would like to sare these with you.
Please note that sound travels a lot so rattling coming from the roof might be coming from the floor

1) Rattlin/Vibrating mirror : Annoying vibrating sound, stops when you touch or move the mirror, applied a .5 x .5 inch piece of paper here
Applied some adhesive velcro backing (the fuzzy side )where the blue spots are, you may want to apply some other places but it is defintly caused by the plastic rubbing against the vinyl

fix: pull out headrest and gently pry the 2 metal rods outward ( holding each metal rod with both hands, don't pull them apart or you will break the headrest) slide back into place
Use a plastic wedge to create a small gap between the dash vinyl and the top vent/speaker looking thing
and put a small piece of cardboard or the small foam that comes with electronic and computer stuff, apply on both side, don't be afraid the vinyl is extremely resistant and will form back, don't use any metal or you may cut it, alternativly you can use a plastic card , don't use a credit card cuz you might break it ( learned the hard way )
Turn off bass! Edited for DiamondNoir2k5 : This is a JOKE
or, open the medical kit compartment ( pre-2003 ) located in the rear and line the bottom with velcro backing ( again, the fuzzy type ) and wrap your med kit inside a thin blanket or an old t-shirt

Apply some thin cardboard at a few places where the wood trim and the vinyl meets, also around the radio and climate control unit

Disclaimer : Do not use 20x20 inches cardboard pieces for these fixes, make sure that the pieces fit completly between trims so to remain invisible and unknown to other people beside you. The turn off the bass and slow down parts were jokes, please do not leave your bass down and do not drive under the speed limit.Failure to follow these might result in you having cardboard pieces sticking all over your *******g interior and face injuries from friends who think you drive too slow and have a ghey sound system

I was able to solve some of the squeaks by lubricating the springs/hinges of the seat, yet the majority of the squeaks come from the vinyl rubbing seat.
Glad I have charcoal seats, the velcro fix will be easy and blend in.
Thanks!

You'd be surprised how sounds travel inside your car, block your left ear and see if you can hear it from somewhere else....

Can't wait to try the fixes. I listen to mostly sports talk radio instead of blasting the stereo, so these rattles are driving me nuts.
