Some speakers not working
My left front door speaker and my rear right door speaker cables arent outputting sound. I have taken the speakers out and switched them around in the doors and its still the same spots that dont have sound. This is a recent development and it was working about a week ago. I looked at all the fuses and I have no blown fuses. I cleaned the connectors of the respective speakers to no avail. I have also made sure that the balance and fader is set to center. What are some good next steps for me to troubleshoot? Im really at a loss as to what could possibly be wrong.

There seems to have been a rash of failed Harmon/Becker AMP's - mine, for instance had my speakers smoking. I was able to take the amp out of one of my other cars and just plug it right into the E63S.
If you search on eBay (or where ever) for the Harmon/Becker MB amp - there are a ton for around $200 or so.

2002 would have either a stock radio or the Bose upgrade. Harmon Kardon is only for the facelifted models (MY2005-2007).
Honestly I'd probably just pick up a used radio online and swap it out. You'll know the problem really quickly.
Did you do any work on the car before this stuff happened?

Sorry I should've been more specific. If the wiring is acting up I'd be focusing specifically on any work that may have damaged a wire, such as any tasks involving removing the radio.
The fact that the problem is still there despite swapping the speakers would lead me to guess the radio is damaged.
