help

I have a 2003 320 avantegarde that has every conceivable extra fitted, unfortunately i need to remove rear seat and some trim to replace a rear seat belt. My car seat differs from standard , it is sculptured black leather. I have managed to release seat cushions (2 parts) but cant remove them as several straps hold them to the bodywork which go underneath the glued down sound proofing but they are hinged forward out of the way. My next problem is there is a leather bolster in between the seat and the back rest with no obvious signs of removal that hide fasteners for seat back and my next issue is the two sections in the boot that are meant to be seat back releases differ from all the photos. Mine appear to have boot release mechanisms in them instead. Much needed advice please !!
