Jim - on my '02, you go to the service interval indicator ("behind" the mileage indicator in the display), then push and hold the odo reset pin. It'll reset to the next indicated service. However, YMMV on newer models.
Damn, two posts today where I would have normally said RTFM. Must be the holidays.
