W203 won't start, loud fan only

Hello everyone, I'm Alex from Serbia. I'm kinda stuck with my car it had some problems cranking for a few days but now it won't even do that all i get is a loud fan on 2nd position and 3rd doesn't do anything. I have checked the fuses and relays they all work as far as i know, but I've come to a problem where my obd2 scanner won't connect anymore to the car. I can share more info just ask, but I can't take it to a service because it's not cranking and I can't read any codes. So any opinions are welcome. Thanks

Batrery? How old is it? Tested? CCA? Cleaned contacts?

Battery tested on another car works great, tested also it's 86% health and 100% full. Checked all fuses and relays - any special contacts i need to check?

Probably ECM failure.

Can you communicate with the ABS module, or airbag module?

I don't know how to check that, but i checked and opened the connections and ECU board, it does have some white residue i cleaned it but it's still the same. Still can't read my OBD2 connection with the car. I'm thinking it might be the ecm

White residue-powder, any idea what this means?

Looks like water damage. Find someone who can clone your ECU. That ought to fix it.

I had that problem. My 262K mile C230 leaks. Always has. Water gets in, and really mucks things up.
I got liucky. Once it dried out, it was ok.
Parked in a big storm recently?

Remove from car and lightly brush using toothbrush and white vinegar.

Rinse with high % alcohol. Fan dry or sun dry for a few hours. If still dead you will need to replace/clone. Hopefully they can pull info.

Fixed

Thanks everyone for trying to help, I ended up finding the problem myself. We had to remove the whole fuse box in the front (under the hood) and open it. Soldering is bad on older models and when a friend of mine checked it under microscope the soldering was cracked and didn't get contact so we resoldered everything and reconnected again. Everything is good now, it was not the ECU! Saved a couple of $$, hope this helps someone in the future
