Generally speaking, the side windows are fairly straigt foward to replace. The hardest part is getting off the interior door panel. Once it's off there is another steel panel in which the speakers, door panel, window tracks and regulators are attached to. On this panel should be openings that when you move the window up and down you'll see two screws move by. These are the screws for the clamps that hold the window in. In your case, it might be better to take off the inner steel panel to vacuum up all the broken glass. (Broken glass has a tendency to show up years later, if some one sees broken glass, they assume an accident.) Once the panel is back on, slip the new window into the track. with the window in the clamps, raise the window up to make sure its in the right spot. Tighten the clamps and put everything back. If you have any mechanical ability its pretty simple.
