C-coupe sightings
Driving in my Coupe today I encountered the following...
1 Orion
1 Orion
1 Orion
1 White
1 Black
1 Silver
Drove from Glendale to Beverly Hills...
LA people must really love Orion Blue

1 obsidian
and 2 of those were while at the dealership. they aren't too popular around here -- people here tend to go BMW 330Ci or benz E320.

2002 C230, 1996 Pontiac Trans Am WS6
Since I have had mine ( about a month and a half ) I have seen one Orion Blue and one Desert Silver ( very pretty ). There are *very few* C230's in my area!!

i only saw three C-coupe so far...one from the community that i lives in (orion). two from my college (orion, black).

From casual observations, I have noticed that here 9 out of 10 briliant silver C sedans are C320, while 9 out of 10 other color C sedans are C240. Any explanations? Is that only here? I haven't seen many C32s or C230, so I don't know about typical colors for those.

In the DC & Northern Virginia area I've never seen an Orion C230K on the road except for mine

2002 C230 Coupe
there is one white, identical to mine, across the street which i see very often
a manager at work has a silver that i definitely see everyday! oh by the way, it was because of him so that i ended up with this coupe rather than a RSX
saw a silver yesterday on the way home
saw a magma red on the way work today
haven't seen any orion blue though...

i have only seen about 3, 4 of them in 2 months of ownership. silver, black. red...
they dont have many at my dealership either, 1 or 2... i am glad that they are not too popular around here yet. i like having a car you dont see much, i still get great looks

There is a Silver one and a Orion Blue one on the street I work on.
Keep in mind this street has a max of 6 smaller shop like buildings on it. So we're talking max of 20 - 25 cars total.
There is way too many of them in Toronto.

c230s seem pretty rare in my area:
1 black non c7 up the street from me (its so dirty it makes me cry)
1 white non c7 in the grocers lot
1 red on the streets

Nobody, and I mean nobody buys C-Coupes here in South Florida... I have not seen one C-Coupe on the road since their debut to the US market. The only C-Coupes I have seen are at the dealer, and they don't have that many, and we have one of the largest MB dealers in the country.

I rarely see C-Coupes, it's just too new of a car. I see as many Jag X-types, Subie WRXs or new Audi A4s (which all came out about the same time last year).
Now here's my theory, the cars don't run, they are all in the shop and all the E320s and ML320s you see out there are actually loaners for all the people with C-class cars. Just ask Pixmation or GalaxyGrl!

Last time I was at my dealer, I asked how many cars they sell yearly, and I was told between 4k and 5k. My local dealer is the Pompano Autohaus. The next closest dealer is about one hour away in Ft. Lauderdale.

Independence Ave., SW turning right on 4th St. SW -- Saw a red one with DC tags starting with "BG". I drive I-395 from Seminary Rd. to Capitol Hill and that's the first one I have seen....

The few I've actually seen on the road were all black with one silver. No C7 packages that I remember. Yet, there is a decent range of colors on the dealer's lot.

C230 Sport Coupe
I was on I-66 Saturday and saw a brand new red C230 with the C7 package. I never realized how the C7 wheels "grin" when your driving at speed. They really make the car stand out.
