Mods on my C350 so far,

1. Smoked side amber lights, side mirrors and taillights.
2. 50% tint all around.

Thanks. My friend has a bodyshop in San Francisco and he painted them for me for free. Actually it just a thin layer of gray followed by clear coat. So now I have to wax the taillights as well.

if you want to be able to revert back to stock, you should try lamin-x films...that way if it looks like mangina, you can easily remove it...

how would that look? i mean im only getting it done because it has the distinct "AMG" look to it. i dont know if u guys know what im talking about but the new SL63 AMG has the clear part of the tail-lights smoked and that looks really good IMO. im just wondering how good it would look with lamin-x film

I think I know what you are referring to
are you trying to get the effect similar to the Bullit tail lights?
I think one cheap way to get that effect is with this Chrome Rear taillight and maybe spray paint the chrome black?

Hi - her's a couple more pics - painted grill black and fitted 18" copy wheels. I figure if I kerb them I could replace easier. I've a tunit kit fitted taking power to about 200bhp and keeping the average fuel consumption to a respectable 42mpg. I would like a rear spoiler and like to know if the AMG 6.3 steering wheel would fit my humble diesel.

In Europe almost all replicas are made by MBitalia, same factory that mades some original ones.

Those on Bekkers website are not the same that member old lefty has, those are very comon now here in replicas
