I got it for 43K out-the-door. They wouldn't budge much, but did throw in rubber floor mats, an AMG plate frame, and a few tanks of gas.

used to drive '06 325i, '06 is250 , now '08 C300-p.silver-p1-mm-18'amg
I got my demo for only $38k with 400 miles on it, palladium silver, p1, mm package, and 18'amg rims..
