I am just curious as to who thinks this is one of the best builds (exterior) available for the 2008 C class (see attached).

I also love black and I also love the palladium and steel grey, and definitely mars red for women...

white saves me close to a grand and it looks just as good if not the best, especially with black roof and the fact that it is easiest to keep looking good...

if you like the build or it is your same build, it makes a good desktop wallpaper, as i tried to combine the best pics on the net into one pic

Beautiful none the less, however all of my "work trucks" are white, and the color begins to look too commercial after a while. I prefer a metallic grey, bright red or Black. But to each his own.

I love the black, grey, and white. However, wife-to-be wants me to get white and I'll have absolutely no regrets. White just looks so clean and classy.

Also I think black tends to hide the lines of the car, which is what I don't want.

I've seen several White with Beige and it's a smashing combination. Not available with the Sport versions, sadly. Yesterday I saw a Capri Blue metallic with Beige, another winner.

for sure, black is sik color, and i thought hard about it, but i just am way too lazy... even if my dealer cleaned it for free every saturday i would still be too lazy to drive over there

i know what you mean about trucks or a honda accord or camry.... but on a benz white still looks clean classy sharp over time... my cousin has an 02' c230 sport that he waxes about once a year that still looks way legit

my wife to be thinks I should get white too, probably has a little influence, but mainly i just really love that it looks so fresh and so clean clean

thats the way i ordered mine,unfortunately i ordered the C300 sport, pana roof, full leather (which caused a delay) multi media package. total of 36,490. zero delivery charge due to the fact im stationed in germany, but currently in iraq. completion date of OCT 5th, will have to sit and wait for a month til im back. Also order 20x8.5 chrome mercedes rims, and 235/30/r20 falken fk452, to tear up on the autobahn. CANT WAIT!

I totally agree.
I wanted it in black first but when i saw a black with the AMG package I tought the same thing.
It just hide the lines like You said.
So I went with Tenorite grey. Beautiful and shows of the curves

The counter point to the line hiding problem is...you don't get as bored/tired of the car's lines because they aren't blaring at you all the time, they're understated which makes the car look more classy, but very bold with lighting changes....

White was the way to go for me....no real debate on it either. My past 2 cars were black and I love black, but they are too hot where I live.

Since I think Black and White are the 2 more traditional and "classy" colors for MB I went with white.

I do wish I could've gotten the beige interior as well, but not available in the 350 unfortunately.

Most people also agree that white is also difficult to keep clean. Maybe not as bad as black, but still worse than your other colors.

I will be taking advantage of the free car washes...in fact a choose my dealer based on its location being on the way to/from my office from home.

Black is the absolute best color and like all good things, it needs TLC!

I have a black C230 and I've noticed that other colored C230's with the AMG sport kit looks much better. My black hides the aggressive bumper lines.
