New Mars Red C350 ... Pics Within!!!
After loooooooooooooonnnnnggggg last, I finally took delivery of my Mars Red C350 on no other day than Halloween! The car is built as follows:
C350
Mars Red
Black MB-Tex
PII
MultiMedia Package
Panorama Sunroof
18" AMGs
iPod Integration Kit
The car is AMAZING! I have a few little gripes like the inability for the system to actually notify you that you have a call waiting, the fogs won't function with the headlights when you open and lock the car,and the iPod sound is good, but not great due to volume differences. Maybe I have to do some reading to remedy these.
To confirm some things, the iPod Touch fully integrates and functions with the system, and there is still the regular MP3 plug present! However, i did get the iPod kit installed from factory. Furthermore, the BlackBerry Curve 8310 connects and also uploads your address book in seconds! However, there is the whole call waiting issue that I still need to investigate.
Also, I really dig the amber LEDs that illuminate the inner door handle!!! Looks very S-Classy!

Great looking car. When I ordered my car we did not have any information about the colour choices, which is limited for the C350 anyway, but red looks very sharp.
Do you think that if the grill would colour co-ordinated it would look better, red fins? It would make it more problematic for the factory, correct colored grille for the right car.
I must say the red looks very sharp. Excellent choice.

looks awesome.
not sure bout the ///AMG badge, but i do see it often on mercedes cars with amg packages straight outta the dealership. so its alright. jsut dont put one on the side of your car.

The iPod kit was installed at the factory rather than at the dealer. This allowed the MP3 outlet to still exist.
As for the AMG ... I have been lurking in these forums for a few months now and I knew that there would be negativity. This is my reasoning for it:
1. Symmetry: The AMG allows the trunk to look more symmetrical, IMO. I love it!
2. AMG Trademark: It appears on the 18" rims and the lower body-kit is also part of the AMG collection. So, what difference does it make if the same trademark appears on the trunk? Why flame?
The car is simply amazing and eye catching! I found this video with Tyson Beckford filmed down here in South Beach and that really is the way it is! Here is the video and there is also a photo shoot under "News & Events".

Who help you out in sales . I been trying to get a car there from for 3 months but it didnt work out. I ended up somewhere else. I like the amg badge on it. How did you get it how much is it. Did you order it. I was gonna get it in red too but i had always red cars. So i wanted to change that. I bet your happy ridding in town in that c 350 . I get alot of head turns everywhere i go. Everyone stares at the car.

Please give more detail and pics. My C350 also came with Ipod kit and was told was from the factory and I do not have the MP3. The kit has replaced it.
