This will be a very strange thing i dont believe that they are using diffrent software in other regions than Europe.
Please try once more
1.Turn your ignition in first position
2.Press and hold the accept call button for 5 seconds and while pressing press the ok button on the steering wheel.
3.If needed after releaseing the two buttons press ok once more.

I own 2008 C-350 2008 E-350 2005 C -230 Kompressor 2006 FORd F-350 6.0
Does dyno mode hurt the car im wondering i knwo how to get to it never tried it wonder if it might damge sometihng. Whats this mode use for.. beside disable esp and bas and abs

It will hurt your tyres and your gas mileage but you will experience the joy of driving and handling the car without your electronic stability systems on.
It is good to see at least what your car can do without the electronics on.

I have a C220CDI "AMG" start the bla bla bla about the AMG now 
Its not a complete AMG car because of the engine but have a lot of parts that are AMG prepared, and Europe models are diferente than US ones, shocks, stabilizer bars, etc... they are specific for Europe, like hapened in the w203, that not even the w203 sport had the AMG stabilizer bars!!

ohhh and CE EXO C200 have the engine of US w203 c230K... not all have the resources to buy an real AMG, and if you guys had the car prices we have here... with my c220cdi I could buy an C63 or CLK in the states what about that!!!

On the steering wheel or on the dash? I press the accept call button on steering wheel for 5 seconds ( even tried diff combos , 5, 10, 15 ) and while keeping it pressed I press the OK button on steering wheel. Nothing happens

Got bored today so I tried out the procedure from CE EXO... works. I have KEYLESS GO but works the same way:
(1) Get into the car and press the "Start" button without holding down the brake pedal
(2) Press the "Accept call" (rightmost) button on the steering wheel
(3) While holding the "Accept call" button, also press the "OK" button on the steering wheel (you can't do it in the reverse order because as soon as you press the OK, it will ask if you want to clear your trip)
(4) Hold the two buttons for a few seconds -- I think it was like 4 or 5 secs -- and you will get the "secret menu"
(5) You now have access to the Diagnostic menu as well as "Dyno Mode"

For all of the ladies who think that the world will come to an end if you turn off your ESP - I remind you - way back in time the cars did not have ESP. Remember what happened? They all wrecked and everyone died - that's why we have a shortage of people in the US these days.

By the way, watch out if you change settings because I switched the Dyno Mode from "Off when switch off" (or something like that) to "Enable"... and the next time I started the car, ESP/ABS stayed off (with a warning message).

Yetserday i was behind a BMW 320 that he was doing powerslides after every traffic light,in the third traffic light i took off the electronics and give a good powerslide right next to him and pass him you should see his face on my mirror.
The best thing about it is that the ones they know about cars know that mercedes has limited esp off function and they dont really believe their eyes when they see a Mercedes goind sideways.
Keep on spinning
