Toyota and planning to get a Sport C300, White, Manual, 18" AMG rims, MM, HK Sound.
Fuel consumption error resolved

I sent an e-mail to MB Canada and they fixed it (they mixed it with the C230 4matic)...
So the correct fuel consumption (compared to the C300) is:

City: 11.8 (-0.85%) NEGATIVE!!!
Highway: 7.4 (4.05%)

Also, I just saw the C230 physically and I agree with joegrecoant, it's not that nice without the sport package (wheels too small). As for the one WITH the sport package (wheels shown above) it's not bad, but I really prefer the C300 wheels (even though it's the same size).

There are lots of people who drive around in W202 and W203's with wheel covers... so I am sure they see that the "mags" as a bonus. The fact that the Sport Pkg is a cost option, I think we will start seeing some luxury edition C230's around. The three-pointed start on the hood does have it's appeal... (good for pedestrian target practice)

Just came back from the dealer in Vancouver and I leased a C240 4Matic Black on black with the sports package and the premium package. Car is on the train and going to land in 10 days for delivery.
I wanted a C300 but they are unobtanium till May and the for the 350 get in line and wait till September!
What swayed me to the C240 is a very attractive special APR (5.9) on their leasing, which effectively saved me about 140 bucks per month over the 300.
The only thing I'm bummed is the xenon headlights. I'm fortunate enough to also own a 911 to get my sports car fix, so the power issue for me was not an issue at all as the Benz will be my daily driver.
Given the real world financing data, attractive APR on the C240 only and availability at least here locally, the C240 is an attractive proposition for someone that will sacrifice a bit and still get into a nice C class.
Just my 02.
BTW I cant wait to drive her!

Your gunna love it! I am also from vancouver (Burnaby to be exact) and just bought a C300 4 Matic Black on Black Fully loaded and I love everything about it. With the sport package (even without it) you'll get so many looks, especially since I have only seen one other new W204 since it came out.

Regards,

Daniel

congrats! we will probably be crossing paths as I do work in Burnaby too!
Which dealer did you buy it from? I checked with a couple and ended up buying from Richmond as they had the black on black combo that I wanted almost ready for delivery. Both dealers told me in order to get into the C3004M it would have to be a canceled order otherwise the que was for May...Apparently these little babies are flying off the shelves! Yesterday in Richmond I saw about 4-5 cars. Dont mind it if they become popular, the car with the sports package I think is the most striking Benz ever produced. They did an awesome job on this one.

Are you sure you are getting a W204? The bottom model for Canada is a C230, not a C240. Hope its just a confused dealer, and not that they are trying to sell you an 07 W203.

LOL..you guys are right! My bad, it is a 230M. I guess I'm so used to the 240 number from the previous model.
