i lowered the volume almost all the way and i can barely hear people. they get irritated when they hear themselves echoing.

i have an iphone. people from land lines, verizon, cingular all hear themselves echo.

My Nokia 7373 works great! Never had issue with audio quality on both ends. I just LOVE this feature. The only thing it could improve is that, I want to send all my contact list at once intead of one by one!

My iPhone works great (although I do hate it when it disconnects when you turn off the ignition). I thought I read that you can solve your problem by reducing the "transmit volume".
1. Select "tel" on your head unit
2. Select "Tel" at bottom of screen
3. Select "Phone List" and scroll down to your desired phone (if you have more than 1 synced)
4. Push your Nav wheel to the left and select "Options"
5. You will now see options for "Reception Volume" and "Transmission Volume"
6. You might have to play with the adjustments of both to clear up your problem.

Good Luck

Mine works fine with over 6 phones that I've tried.

Sorry. I don't think this is a defective product, just a defective crappy phone.

what i hate about this is, my bedroom is ontop of the garage and sometimes it maintains the BT connection even after the car is turned off, and I cant transfer it to just my phone.

Well i can say this is the case for the 08 ML350 so not 100% sure I will have this issue with the c300

2008 c300
When I had verizon I would sometimes have that issue even when I was using my handset.

Now I have a Sony Ericsson K850i on AT&T and I don't know how I survived without having bluetooth in my car before. Never had that echo issue happen (in our outside the car) since switching to AT&T thought....but man do I miss my EVDO internet :\ lol.

And to Angel, when I shut my car off, it disconnects from bluetooth...so that shouldn't happen with your C....wierd it would connect to the car even when the ignition and radio is off.

I have a Verizon Voyager, and I've had no problems with it in my C300, I do sometimes have the echoing problem in our E320. In my opinion it is overall MUCH better in the new car.

There is a software update that solves the eccoing issue(for the 204)! If the dealer doesn't have the software ask them to do a system re-set with their SDS machine.

Hi, i just bought my C180 MY2010, i have Audio 20 and HTC TYTN II, but i cannot get them to connect and work. The Audio20 finds and recognizes the TYTN and the TYTN finds and recognizes the Audio 20 aswell, but after trying to pair them and the step where I shall put in security code, the Audio 20 says "connection cannot be made", so my question is:
How did you get them to work ?

This is my first MB and a am totally a newbie on this, so any help would be highly appriciated.
