Looks like the three major exterior changes will be the front DRL LED lamps, yellow (not red) LED rear turn lamps and the LED brake lamps on the top part of the tail light assembly..
Of course, intelligent lighting w/ fog lights integrated into the "low-beam" assembly will be available too. Let me say, I have it on my E class coupe and it is GREAT. The corner-activated fog lamps are FAR brighter than the ones on my C class now and the ones that were on my 06 ml 500 (i miss than engine...)

In Europe turn lights are all orange/yellow.

3) In Europe there are w204s with single exhaust
4) DRL is an option and is not standard in Europe nor will it be standard here in 2011 in the US. It's part of the Intelligent Lighting Package.
