I've used such modules (TPS enhancers) on other vehicles with very positive results, but I can't say that I have ever used it on a MB vehicle (which lets face it, could use it more than others).
Could it harm your vehicle, I don't think you'll harm it more than what you'll normally "do to it" but lets face it... You're getting the booster for enhanced throttle response, which probably means you're not using the vehicle as a grocery-go-getter. Anytime you use the vehicle in a manor that it was not intended for (or prolonged abuse) you can always damage something. As long as you keep up with scheduled maintenance procedures and give your vehicle the proper care it needs - in direct relation to the way you drive it, most mods of this nature will not cause any problems.
As for the warranty, considering that a sprint booster alters the signal between the ECU and the drive-by-wire system, I will say without a doubt, if MB finds it on your car, they will void the warranty on your drive-by-wire / ECU system and possibly even your entire drivetrain. Now on the other hand, since most boosters are plug-n-play devices, I would strongly suggest you remove them prior taking it in to any MB dealer or service center. That way you cover your rearend in the event something does go wrong...
Last but not least, boosters for MB's can be pricey! Don't be shocked to spend upwards and over $300. Compare that to the $100 or so they charge for a domestics enhancers, and it's by no means cheap. They're more popular in Europe than they are here in the US, so your best bet to find them would be on either eBay or through the many European tuner magazines.
Hope this info helps...

C200 AMG W204
As many of you know but for those who don't sprint booster is a Greek product.
My car was the first w204 model that went to boulekos dynamic to check the wiring and the plug in adaptors to install sprintbooster.
The adaptor for the w204 is not ready yet for w204.
They are a very serious company and they are involved in car tuning since the 80' s.
Before making any decision for this product check the official site of sprint booster.
As soon as they have the adaptor ready i will take the car for installation and test and i will post the results .

I have been using a Sprint Booster for over a year now in my W203 and it has been great...no problems so far and it makes the car more fun to drive making it easy to get up in the higher RPM's in a hurry.
Looking to get a W204 in a year or so and when that time comes I will definitely consider buying a sprint booster for my new car. The company is a reputable one as well.. Hope this helps...
