Where can you buy a LUXURY GRILLE?
Going to be getting into a "sport" W204 after my lease is up in a few months and I like the luxury grille more than the sport grille. I have been reading about people swapping their grilles on this site but is there anywhere you can just buy a luxury grille?? I know you can buy the hood 3 pointed star easily from the dealer so I am just trying to find a website/location to buy the luxury grille from...
I have been looking online but I haven't found anything yet...thanks in advance for any help.

Swapping grilles with another W204 owner is "Plan A"....but just in case the timing isn't right I would like to have a "Plan B" which would be a place just to buy the grille.

I came across 2 on ebay and 1 from the benzworld link above...all around $50 - $70.
Thought it was going to be more expensive...
Will the luxury grille just pop in using the same setup as the sports grille?

Parts department can order you one up. Sport grille is around a $100 bucks so I would guess the same could be said about the Lux grille...what will end up setting you back the most will probably be the hood star if you want to go the full Lux look.

Yes, it will just pop in. I just changed my cousin's sports grille to the luxury one.

My dealer offered to swap out the grill if I wanted them to, didn't ask about costs though since I wasn't interested. You might be able to make it part of your deal.

I also did read here somewhere in this W204 forum that dealers can also put the AMG badge on your car if you order it with it? Is that true? I'm not considering it but just thought was interesting.
