Amg C63 Rear Diffuser?

The OP wants to change out some parts with some additional AMG parts, nothing wrong with that IMO. He could completely rebuild his car with AMG parts if he wanted. It wouldn't make the car an AMG, but he can do what he wants with the car (including put the badge on it) so long as he was comfortable with the possibility of ending up on someone's poser thread. It's his car so its his choice.
Good to see the AMG police out again a bit though...need to have a thread or two on this from time to time. Keeps things interesting on here.

Yeah really don't mind putting amg parts on the car can't see putting the AMG badge on it. When you guys picked the car up on the window paper it says AMG Styling Package or something like that lets keep it just that styling(wheels, c63 diffuser etc.)

Tune, I wasn't implying that you don't have one we all saw the pictures. All I was saying is that I dont know what your situation is as to how many of those you can get or anything like that. These are available and shipped to your door in two weeks. Thats all I'm saying. The part number will only get you as far as calling up the part but most all dealerships will ask for some sort of confirmation that you own the car. If you know people in the parts department maybe you can get it thru, idk. Don't take it the wrong way.

it will look awful with your stock exhausts. Don't put it on until you've figured out how you are you are going to mod the exhaust. Theres will two huge gaps you'll be filling with two single dinky exhaust tips that will also sit a little left of center. In other words, work needs to be done in order for that diffuser to look proper.

man i called th dealer today and he said $325 for the rear diffuser. Im going to order it tomorrow he said it takes about two day to get.

I'm thinking whether to get it from the dealer or wait until the CF one comes out later this summer. Or I could get both that way I have a choice on which one looks better. Let me know when you get it, it'll look sick!

Anyway, I doubt that MB buyers in that area would be caught dead in an entry level W204. And it can't be the maid's car since females can't drive.
Just last week some pictures of an SL500 were circulating around that was completely covered in diamonds. $4.2 million and I don't see how it could be washed.

when l and gave him the part # he said "looks like that piece is $325" then i ask how long it would take to get he said "about 2 days". So when i go tomorrow i will let you know for sure.

Not yet, I went to the store to check out the magnaflow's and some tips and heres my dilemma:
Magnaflow's Pros:
-Sweet exhaust sound
-Minor hp gain
-Quad Tips
Magnaflow Cons:
-$250 Each Muffler/Exhaust
-Might be too loud?
Now with just getting some AMG tips, it would cost me a hell of alot less than the magnaflows But I won't get the performance increase and the throaty exhaust note.
What about you? Either way I'm deciding whether to buy the AMG diffuser from MB or wait till a company (one I know is working on) finishes a CF version.

as soon as i order the diffuser going down the the muffler shop and i'm going to have him install a X pipe and find me some good magnaflow mufflers, magnaflow Dual tips or a y pipe with Magnaflow Tips. When the diffuser comes, gonna have him mount the rest up. Hopefully it sounds good.
