Bi Xenon lighting
1. how do u know both head light align properly ?
2. I found the light vibrate when drove through uneven surface, does it mean the light is not properly secure ?
As far as i am aware from the previous Bi-Xenon, the light only adjust during the engine start up. Do not think it adjust afterward ?
Any comments would be much appreciated.
Park at front of the garage door and you will be able to see if both lights are align.
If the problem persists take to the dealer.
thanks for your kind advice, i will give a try tonight

You don't, but shining them on a wall about twenty feet away will show where the beams are.

This is not normal. The dealer will fix this.

At startup, the headlight levellers go through a self-test function, moving up and down. The sensors mounted on the rear suspension and the right front control arm send signals to the light adjusters constantly, keeping the lights level regardless of cabin load.
Cars without factory installed xenon lights do not have this system. Neither the level sensors or wiring is present.

Got dealer to check the Bi-Xenon, they told me they can not see anything wrong with the light; the car still relatively new they ask me to monitoring for a while and see if it get better or worse.

1. now the driver side of the light almost on the same level as the passenger side light.
2. The light still vibrate, i guess it maybe normal.
3. I found under normal driving with light on at night, you can see a clear cut of the light between the dark and bright. But when u turn the high beam, the Xenon light scatter ? no more clear cut ....

First of all, on low beam, the right and left "hot spots" (against a wall in the dark) are level with each other. No, the right side is NOT lower. There are some adjusters that will raise the reflector slightly to correct the aim. I just looked at my C300 but the top of the light assembly is hidden by a plastic cover, easily removable by removing the two reuseable plastic expanding "rivets", which will reveal them. I didn't do it but have had them off previously. Takes two minutes.
These screw adjusters are purely mechanical and are independent of the headlight levellers. My W203 C320's Bi-Xenons were not quite right when new either, and I adjusted them the same way.
As to the vibrations on bumpy roads, this is never normal and you are being lied to. To check on how loose the light is, remove the rear cover and grasp the back of the outside Xenon lamp reflector assembly and see how much motion there is. All of the inner parts are plastic and something could be broken. The right hand cover is easy to remove whereas the left is close to other parts but with care can be released. Compare left to right.
