Who has done anything that owmt void warrenty to get up near the 300 horsepower range in their C350. Any idea what good for theses cars. I read that K.N filter dont do anthing than add more dirt to engine and make your car slower. Anyone know what is goo to add more horses, by side a chip i dont wanna mess around with cars computer and void my warrenty.

There is no such thing. Any engine modification will potentially void your warranty, even something as simple as changing exhaust. Since your car is naturally aspired, there are no significant gains to be had period. Your best bet is to upgrade to C63 in the future.

X3 and 2012 C coming soon
That's too much, but it's the only real option other than forced induction which isn't available yet. And all of them will void the warranty. Voiding it because of an exhaust would be difficult. The exhaust would no longer be covered, but MB would have to prove that an exhaust modification caused damage in question. I have changed the exhaust on every car I have owned in the last 10 years and it never impacted the warranty. I will, however, call the dealership about this, because I intend to change my exhaust in May and ya got me a little worried. I don't see how MB can be any different though.
PS:
Focus on the handling. Real improvement can be made there.
Update - May 2, 2008: I called my dealership this morning and spoke with the warranty adiminstrator. She indicated the only way an exhaust system such as the one I am getting (Remus) would impact the warranty is if it caused a check engine light or messed with the emission control. Otherwise, they consider that type of exhaust a "decoration" as she put it. She then indicated if a problem does arise, they would work with me as much as possible. They are somewhat mod-friendly. I don't expect my dealership's policies to be the same as the policies of other dealerships, so do your homework.

gets me from point A-B
I heard that you can gain 5-12hp & increase gas mileage using a Vortec Cyclone. My friend has it in his brand new E350 and he told me got it from 268hp to 275hp, and was actually getting better gas mileage.

I really don't think its worth it to try to make this car a fast one. just my opinion.

Now, how would he know that? Removed the engine and dyno'd it, did he? The gullibility of the public seems limitless. And that's what makers of junk like this depend on.

SNAKE OIL. I have actually watched these things cause cars to loose power on a chassis dyno.
And +1 on the any modifications can cause the warranty to be voided.
Try lightweight wheels. Not cheap, but they improve acceleration, braking, and handling. I don't know if stoptech is making a brake kit for the 204 chassis, but their 2 piece rotors are extreemly light and would help as well.

+1 This is what I intend to do. Plus a few purely cosmetic mods, just to be a little different, perhaps. Nothing too wild.
and.......
+1,000,000,000,000,000,000 ad infinitum. Well, you get the idea.
