These are the pins I have installed. I polished mine. The fronts WILL screw on and look perfect. The problem (as stated earlier) is the rear pins. They DO NOT SCREW ON. They are attached to the locking cable (ball/socket configuration). You can pull them off (if they didn't fall off already) and modify a set of the aluminum pins to fit. Good luck.

2008 C-350 Palladium Silver and MM.
Someone else mentioned using air hose from a fish bubbler inserted into the back ones to make them fit tight onto the little knob. If they are almost flush when locked, that should prevent people from pulling on them.

If you are willing to cut the tops off of your lock pins to make them flush go ahead. The solution provided is the best available without destroying your car and this was a solution for a "safety defect" since if the pins pull off- you can't open the door. Good luck with your decision.
