I totally agree with you that an AMG pack on the Elegance is a superb combination. Shame it's not available in the UK. I was shocked to learn it is available in the rest of Europe as I was looking to buy my car from the Netherlands and I could get that combination there. But in the end, I chose to buy locally - less hassle.

Yeah, the 2009/2010 C320 cdi will become 252 bhp and 580 Nm of torque, from what I read.
The C220 cdi will remain the same or a slight improvement to make room for the C250 cdi. This will have the same 4 cylinders 2,2 litre engine, but pumping out 200bhp and 480 Nm. Given it's only a 2.2 lintre, fuel consumption will be great. So, I guess that engine will become the most popular.

110,000 Euros for a new C-class. This is crazy man!
There must be like 100% tax and duty on that car
