Yeah! I remember you mentioning that! Are you pleased with the 7500K? The 8000K gives off a little bit more purple, but only laterally. Everything matches very nicely now!

I'm still not getting that 'mysterious deep ocean feel' as promised...

Sorry, I had to say it...

They look good tho! Yea mine is matching my HID's very well. I would think the diff between 7500 and 8000 wouldn't be too great. I got just a tad more blue then purple on my spark blues.

I think I like the look of the 5500K's a bit better. I'm more partial to the blue color tint over purple. But that still looks awesome.

Thnx! I've never purchased PIAA's above 5000K before. I had a set of JDM foglights on my '00 Prelude BB6 (H3C bulbs -*hard to find here in the states*). I almost swore them off completely when they went out every three months or so... Taking the lexan foglight covers on and off of the Mugen front end on that car was always a delicate process. This is much easier! I'm hoping for better results this time around!

It's just plug and play. As long as you get the H7 bulbs (Sport models) you won't get any errors.

Iku: Thnx! No issues whatsoever! Micropower99 is absolutely correct, he installed a set of 7500K PIAA H7's in his car recently.

Just remember, when you install, don't unclip the wiring harness from the white bulb housing (unless you are equipped with 'kung-fu grip' ). Looking directly at the foglight, twist the housing to the right and voila!

Here's the link:

This seller has any Kelvin range to fit your taste... Be prepared to wait about two weeks for them to arrive from Hong Kong.

sorry, a little off topic, but how come I don't have fog lights? they only turn on when the steering wheel turns or blinker comes on. How gay is that? so left fog turns on when turning left, and so on. im about to change that to fogs....Are european models suppose to do that? or is it just the Asian market batch that's doing that? Every merc i see here do that instead of having proper fog lights. I rather have fogs than directional lights.......

btw: nice fog colors

I believe you do have regular fogs as well -- you have to manually turn on your headlights (instead of leaving them in automatic mode), and then pull out on the headlamp switch (pull towards you) and it will turn on the fog lights... one more tug will put on the REAR fog light as well...

Hope this helps.

I'm not emceesmith but i will answer your questions. first off the H11 bulb is for the "luxury" models, and the H7 is for all the "sport" models. Secondly, to get to the fog lights you should take off the 3 screws around each fog light grill and it will then open up access to the fog light.

(search the forums next time before asking these questions cause this has been repeatedly said many times)

If someone could please clarify: is the above instruction how to have both foglights turn on whenever the headlights turn on in Auto mode? Or is the above just how to turn them on manually?

Personally, I think it looks truly, terribly stupid when just one foglight turns on while turning or with blinkers on. It looks like one side is broken.

That way is to manually turn them on. I too am looking for a way to keep the headlights in "Auto" mode but have the fogs on at the same time. I saw another C class the other day and it looked like it had one fog burnt out (which looked ridiculous) then I saw the working one turn off lol.
