Closes is philips Diamond Vision but its not as bright and I'm unsure about PIAA cause never used it. I dont want to ruin the headlamp casing due to overheated. Which usually happen alot.

I hope you have the Luxury model. If not- you got the wrong size fog light bulbs.

I still have no idea how you replace the Fog lights. I look at the fog lights, but see no screws (3) like you said that can be access from the outside....
how long did it take you to replace them?

if you look closely to the exterior fog lamp cover , usually black , there are 3 black hex screw within the "honey-comb" shell that can be undone , once you are there , just reach in and untwist the bulb holder to replace bulb

do you have luxury or sport? for sport models there are 3 torx screws around the grill plate that the fog sits in. look closely.

luxury models i have no idea.

They are not on the ring but on the grill. Real easy to do.
