Small dent on my C350.. Grrr
There is a very small dent on my C350 and I have no idea where it came from. It's hardly noticeable but if I pay close attention to the reflection, I see a slight refraction of the light. What is a safe and cost-effective measure to remove this? I've read different methods (hair dry + aerosol can spray, hot day or lighter + dry ice). Does this work? Will it damage the paint?
Thanks.
Thanks.

X3 and 2012 C coming soon
Paintless dent removal. There should be a shop or dealership near you that can do it. A lot depends on the location of the dent too. I've had it done in the past and my girlfriend's brother does it, so I know it works well.

Never heard of those methods, but I feel your pain.
My last car was a Sebring convertable and on the way home after picking it up my Wife HAD to stop at the supermarket. I intentionally park far from anyone about 5 open spots between me and the next car. When we come out I see this old POS pulling out of the spot next to me (remember 5 open spots). I put the groceries away and go to open my door and what do I find but a nice dent from a car door. I don't even own the car for an hour. I was needless to say very angry.

A stupid guy dented my door when I first got my C last year, I fixed it right away, it took the shop about 30 minutes to fix it and cost me about $85.

Here's another video that show's dry ice removing a dent and it looks very convincing. However, I'm scared to **** up the paint. Has anyone had any experience with this?

My Mercedes dealership in Dallas offers lifetime paintless dent removal when you purchase a car. It is great. I have had multiple door dings removed from other cars including multiple BMWs and a Range Rover with great success. In fact, I have a guy who used to come to my office and do it in the parking lot.

Paintless dent removal is the best way to go about it. I used to pay $70 a dent to get them removed and they were flawless and never was noticable. Make sure it's a reputable specialist first though.
AND don't even try any of those "youtube" methods. Dry ice's temperature is -100F, would you want it on your clearcoat/paint? Is it really worth $70 you're going to pay for a paintless dent removal guy?
It's a MB here, not a 1988 Chrysler.

You read my mind =P
Yeah but the dent is sooooo so small and the car's not even a month old for me. Like if I could just reach around to the other side, I could literally flick the dent back into place with my pinkie.
