OMG
I wanna do this mod so bad. I can't believe u are doing, it that's great. Can you clue me in to what mod you made to the bumper? I remember when I was considering it / laying it out, the air vents in front of the front wheels seemed to require more space.
So where did you get the parts? Are the front vents functional?

the front bumper need 4 pcs steel extension. bold on to front frame. u probably would not understand. i will post u da pics of the mount mods. giv me till next week cause i hav to go to da workshop n take photos of da mounts.

the front vents are not functional for a C200, functional for the real C63 to cool the brakes.

It's fine as long as you don't cross the line and badge it as a C63 or AMG

Well a c63 is what... only $12k more than a base c350...? You must have spent half that on all that body work...

So to sum it all up, just add another 6 grand and you have bought yourself the 6.3L V8 AMG engine, the bragging rights, and most of all... the badges!

+1

Kinda like buying a Civic for $15K and spend $20k on mods to make it look like something luxury.

What if one day you bump into a REAL C63 that wants to race you at the stop light??!!!! ....... ...... .... ...

You should have gone with the Carlsson or Brabus kit, if you were to do the whole body transformation.

But still, good job on the body work.

hey. Give the guy a break. he is in Malaysia.
German car are twice as expensive over there. So he will probably have to pay literally USD 100,000 or more to go from his C200K to C63.
Plus, i noticed a lot of people in Asia like to do appearance upgrade on the engine size (for instance put S600 badge on the S320)

Whoooa!
Somebody get the boys from the C63 board over here - they will shut us down LOL. Alright - here is my take on it. For myself I have a C300 and it would cost me 30k more for the C63, Also, I drive 90 miles daily and need my 25.5 MPG If I got a C63 it would not be to drive every day. Still though that AMG nose is agressive looking and wanna get me some of that

But a "fake" C63 won't give you that aggressive sound and performance. it's purely looks.....

Just curious. C200k has only got one exhaust end. By changing it to Quad-system. is that gonna effect the performance?
If he doesn't do it... the car is gonna look so ugly..... with one opening with the exhaust tip.

Maybe he is going to put a dummy tip in. I've seen cars with 6 or more tips and only one does anything. And I would have just purchased the Brabus kit and called it a day. Seems like a lots of work.
