I ordered from Lamin-x about a month ago, still haven't received the kit.

I emailed them 5 days ago, they told me it's cut out and i would receive a tracking number once it's shipped out. Still no word, just emailed them back.

Anyone else have this issue?

No problem here i called them and they said they where cutting it out the same day will be shipping it out the next received it in 5 days. I waited i was not going to put them on asap. What did you order? the full kit headlights n fogs?

Yea... full kit with headlights and fogs...

It'll be a full month in 3 days... and so far NOTHING.

i would call them up and speak to a live person and let them know that is to long for a set of films to be cut.

haha same here i read your thread so i'll give you my 2 cents about my order experience. what type of Hid kit you have n what color is your car?

Palladium silver. I went with the tinted headlights and yellow fogs.

I also went with the DDM 55w HID kit with 5000k bulbs. I love the way the kit looks.

Hahah, another thing I noticed is that we both drive the 6 speed c300. good choice!

LOL we almost have the same setup just two different color cars. Can i ask you something about the HID installation. Did you buy the wiring Harness or just the Error Msg Harness? i bought the 55w 8k kit with error msg harness and wiring harness. When you connect your DDM's to the stock harness did you use butt connectors or a simple plus n play?

yeah their service sucks big time. i placed a order the first week of august, they shipped it nearly a month later to my billing address when i asked them to ship it to my work. i emailed and asked multiple times for a tracking number, when they finally replied they were rude. when it showed up it was much darker than shown on the site, it was a nightmare trying to do a simple exchange. when i shipped it back for the exchange i added a note asking them to ship it to my work, i followed up with an email and a phone call telling them to ship it to my work. THEY SHIPPED IT TO MY HOME AGAIN! It took me until the weekend to pick it up since i work before the post office opens and it is closed when i get home.

they have horrible service.

The kit is pretty much plug and play. I bought the Error Eliminator as well, and it's pretty simple to use. The hardest part of the kit is just drilling the holes.

I had no problem with Laminex, for a matter of fact I had ordered the wrong film for my Fogs didn't relize I had ordered the Lux not sport. They came about a week later and I e-mailed asking for an exchange. They sent the replacement out the same day. I have nothing bad to say about Chris.

Same experience here. I ordered my first kit before they developed the Sport kit. When I emailed them about the foglight size difference- they had already shipped my order. They shipped another set with the correct foglight size without receiving the return. They even let me keep the corner marker tints out of the Luxury kit. I did recently re-order (due to my error) and they did take a little longer to receive this order (about 12 days). Maybe they're slipping a little.

I ordered head and tail lights kist from them also, recieved the fog light kit for the lux so i had to wait for them to resend, and before they would i had to email a pic so they would believe me, like i just wanted a extra set, lol. it took them awhile to send them, even tho im overseas.

any by the way if u order the taillight kit, u will need them put on professionally unless u got the skills to pay the bills, i ended up throwing them away and using transparent paint. i think it looks better anyway
