got my lux grill :) painting ideas wanted!
picked up a lux grill for $50 from luckytruck 
thinking to paint the outside frame arctic white with clear coat and the inside flat black. any ideas?

alright i figured it out, flat black. the last question is, the mercedes emblem on the grille. paint it? or leave it unpainted?

Looks very nice. You're the first Arctic White to do this mod. A great preview for me!
Looks awesome.I differ from the masses. I like the little grill emblem left unpainted. Or painted. I like both looks.

people are right about painting the emblem black. so it doesn't stand out that much. I don't like the look of 2 same small emblem on top of each other. Can you get a grill without the emblem? i think that will look much better.

Actually after thinking about it I would do the outer frame gloss black and the inner spokes the artic white sort of carrying the look from the fog lights. And yeah sanding down and filling the badge on the grill would make it look much better. Keep up the good mods. nclex?
