Paint chipped off Front spoiler (due to pebbles...?)
Crap pics, but u get the idea:
The paint layer is really thin, & underneath is white plastic.
(Very nice with a black car!)
It seems to come from the inpact of small pebbles.
(Only had the car for 3.5 weeks so far.)
does anyone else have this problem?
And do I just use the same (touch up) paint as for the rest of the car?

it cant be helped if u drive on country roads, unless u go for clear bra
u can get touch up paints from possibly everywhere, it wont fix it but it makes them less obvious

If you do the touch up properly, it won't be noticed.
The trick is not to "brush" on the touch up paint but blob/dab to fill in the hole. The brush that comes with the touch up paint bottles from the dealer suck. Go to a crafts store and pick up a fine tipped brush for $3-4 and that'll do much better at getting the chip filled properly as you can control the amount of dabbing with the finer tip. Create the blob so you'll see like a "dot" of paint on the chip. Then use langa (www.langka.com) and use the blob eliminator, which smooths out the blob to the same level as the rest of the surrounding paint.

get it touched up and get a clear bra to prevent this from happening again. Opt for a full hood and fender wrap. The extra cost is worth the extra protection. Repaint is expensive

WTF ... tell me why i did my round up check on my ride and notice on my back bumper of all places and noticed 2 markings on there that looks like a car with a front license plate (top part of screws) just nipped me. Ruind my day.
I dont think i can live with this??? its def. more deeper than just a normal scratch i wonder where the hell this happend? how much would this be to fix professionaly?>
