this info is base on W204 C200k mods for C63 AMG front section only.
not sure bout C300 n C350. i would assume that is the same.
first of all to install C63 front bumper u hav to change to the C63 front fenders L/R. your stock front fenders wont fit wit the C63 front bumper(the C63 front fenders r slightly wider flaired then a stock W204), then u hav to get the C63 grill n the C63 hood. n dont forget the C63 fog lights L/R.
then everything fits well.
first time the bodywork person mount the C63 front bumper it could not fit. the headlights had sunken in the hood n the hook of the hood did not clamp in. u hav to extend the placement of the hook(of the hood) n 3" extensions.
these extensions r to mount from the chassis to the bumper, bout 8-10 extension mounts. the extensions hav to b a strong material to hold the bumper from flexing. it can b carbon fiber, titanium or thick steel, its ur choice.im using steel n so far no probs.
the red circle in the pics below will giv u a rough idea wat it is..
i can't explain exactly how it is done but a pro bodywork shop person would know wat to do.

that is a pretty huge gap! so you need to extend the headlights as well then eh?
it just goes to show how much larger a V8 mounts on the car
BTW were you able to get the AMG badge from Mario?

I don't see a problem with it as long as you do the work yourself. It's not our place to say anything, the most common W204 mods are C63 diffuser and quad tips.... does that mean I want my car to look like an AMG, YES it looks much better than stock.
X-pipe why do people get them? they want the car louder....it will never should like an AMG but on cold starts it has that rasp.
Am i going to go out of my way and put C63 AMG badges on the car no way, my cars a C300 4 Matic and I'm happy with that.
A future goal is always going to be that AMG, but when you get a dealer quote of $8000 for a break job on the C63 you'll wish you had that C300 with a dealer break job quote of $1000.(unless you can afford it, all the power to you)
It's your car mod it how you like and don't let anyone tell you anything else.
