2012 C250 Coupe, 2017 C43 AMG Coupe
You definetly want to run a 225 up front. I have the exact same setup on my coupe; 43et with SS, I originally went with a 235 and had to swap it out for a 225 it was rubbing so bad.
I know some people have been able to get away with a 235 when paired up with a "thin side wall tire", I was just afraid it would come to haunt me down the road when I replaced the tires.
BTW, you've got some great taste, at first glance I thought your pic was of my car!

So did anybody put non 4matic coupe sport springs on a 4matic coupe? Since there's no option for us W204 4matic coupe owners
I'm afraid that if I put H&R sport springs on my car that the spring rates won't be adequate and that may cause some problems down the road. I cannot consider Super sports since the roads here are way too ugly.

I know you mentioned sport springs and not super sports like i put on... but I had a good talk with a guy from h&r... the first guy I talked to awhile ago told me to absolutely not put super sports on my 4matic coupe but to put the sport springs from the 4matic sedan. He assured me that would be safe for a 4matic coupe. So in your case that's what I would do if you want to go the sport route. I love my supersports and the second guy I talked to from h&r told me that i should be fine running them on my car but couldn't guarantee it. The part number for you is 29076-5 if you want the sports.
Thanks for your feedback.

Yes those are the ones I have. Install was a bit tricky in the rear because the exhaust was in the way so you have to take off the retainers and kinda push it out of the way while someone else gets the bolt out.. .(2 man job) but other than that it was fine. Ride comfort is a little worse than stock but nothing that is obnoxious. I prefer a stiffer ride than the feel of an air suspensions that glides over bumps. Overall I'm happy.

Had my h&r ss installed on my c250 with 5mm spring pads in the back about 5 weeks now so far ride is not too bad but the issue that I'm having is uneven height coz for some reason the left front is lower than my right front and my right rear is way too low(no wheel gap at all)compared to my left rear.Anyone having the same issues?

Issues after spring swithc
I changed my factory springs for the 29075 - 2 H&R set of springs and the car dropped at least 35mm in the front. I'm noticing some noise when i turn the wheel driving or in place and I think that on bumps i also notice a bit of a punch as it the shocks are pushed to the end. I haven't done the geometry yet, but I wanted to know if anything else needs to be adjusted before and if anybody experienced the same problems, how did you fix them.

Sorry to resurrect...
Resurrecting not only an old thread, but a Sticky... but I’ve read through and didn’t see anything pertaining to my question..
‘10 C300 4MATIC, looking to drop it but also be able to have some clearance for snow driving, as I’m an instructor and would have to navigate winter pass conditions at least a dozen or so times, while the wife has the FX45. I also hate the ‘slammed’ look on eco-executive sedans.
Also planning to put 18”s on as it currently has the stock 17”s.
I’m wondering if H&R Sports with a thinner pad would be perfect. My first impression was to just do the spring and keep the stock pad, but I do want a sportier stance along with keeping the ability to navigate snowy conditions. I won’t be plowing through the mountain parking lots with 10” of chopped up new snow, but will be driving mountain passes on the mornings where they get 8” new.
So any advice on a ‘best-of-both-worlds’ solution is welcome. Pics are even better is possible. Thanks!

mercedes c350 coupe
H&R sports
I got a c350 coupe and bought a pair of H&R sports, I was just wondering if there will be enough room for adjustments since I’m running 235/35zr/19 and 265/30zr/19

2009 C300 Sport
For those that are looking for recent specs using springs, here’s what I am running:
- 2009 C300 Sport 6spd
- H&R Super Sport Springs w/ 5MM spring pads
- 18x8.5 et35 Mercedes Alphards on 225/40s all around
- No rubbing or scraping
- No need to roll fenders on this set up
