Uhh... Why are you parking next to me?
My reacton exactly??
This is so funny but annoying at the same time, tell me why i chose the most furthest parking spot where no one in atleast a 7-8 car distance even parks(i been parking my car here for weeks w/ out any issues). A older lexus rx just parked next to me? im like damn give me some room? Do you not see that i chose this spot so no one would park next to me?
All this when i was walking to my car at lunch, then i get back from lunch and see that the car was gone so im like Yessssss ...
But as im walking around the corner, here comes the lexus and i look to see where she parks.................... right next to me again
Yes, it is public parking but common ........
Anyone got similar stories?

ROFL
This happens to me ALL the time. Where I live, however, it is usually some gigantic pick-up truck (turbo-diesel with long hood, 4-doors and full-size bed) usually 4 feet off the ground. Backing out of the spot has increased pucker factor!
Sometimes feel people do it just to be nasty. Especially if the lot is pretty empty.
If it's a new car next to me, I don't mind (as long as they are within their lines), since I follow the same strategy in crowded lots.

if there is that much extra room take 2 spots; F em!!
i have the best spot at work. there is a divided curb/walkway to the right side of the spot so i have no one parking on that side. a girl from my office parks on the driver side and she drives alone so no one is opening the doors on her passenger side. door ding free (at work anyway).

Look at it like this...since it's a repeat "offense", the person is probably parking next to a newer car because they've gotten door dings from folks who don't care about their cars. They're basically guaranteed to be free of incident because you will be ultra careful each time you enter and exit your new car. I have done this before....not too far fetched at all.

At a local supermarket, I noticed a new (dealer paper license) Porsche Carrera 4S parked all by it's lonesome in a remote part of the lot . . . I couldn't resist parking my 2.3-16 right next to it.

Just be glad you did not park in the middle of nowhere and come out to find that you got ding on your side and have no idea who did it . Happened to me! 2 space is the way to go if you can get away with it or park really closed to an island on one side. That is what I always look for around the grocery store with the crazy Grannies and their Uboat

Well it seem many of us have parking on our minds. I like to park between two pillars if I find a spot like that, safe on both sides. Or bushes on one side at least I can save one side. Today I went to the mall and saw a guy with a white G37. I figure its a new car and its nice, so he has some taste. He also bought a white car. This was the perfect car to park beside. I knew he would be careful. As it turns out we sat beside each other at the barber shop. We talked and hes like, ya my usumption was right. I also like to park by nice cars who park stright, these guys are also guys who care.

LAMO! I park SUPER far away for work, it takes me about 3 to 4 minutes just to reach the front door of my office. My employee's always ask me why I park so far and I just tell them I wanted to save the best spots for them since they work so hard.

Yep, annoying.
I'm the same. I park so far away you wouldn't believe it. This one mall I go to a couple times a year, they got parking for like the year 2100 or something, so I park so far out there. It's so far of a walk you would not believe it. Takes over 10 minutes no exaggeration.
It's a bit scary walking out there to be honest as no one is around.

This thread is hilarious. I always park far, far away at retail centers.
