last night I found this in my desk, im sure you all got one of these, or if not at least read one:

what can we do, since this is advertised as a standard option. is there anything we can do????

sucks, mine doesn't work. I heard that its not standard on US models only euro spec.

It works here, dont think it's an EU spec. I thought i have seen it in the W204 Secrets thread... wait a sec.

yeah doesnt work when i hold it down.....
I think MB needs to either update our cars with the advertised features, or take this kinda stuff outta the print, i just hope that some of these features weren't deciding factors on people buying these cars cause then its lawsuit time! especially here in Cali, lawsuit capitol of the world!

Out Of Control!!
MB has had "tunnel mode" as a standard option in the US for sometime. If you press and hold the button on the right (recirculate button in the middle of the temperature settings), it should close any open windows and sunroof. If your HVAC unit is different, look for this button on your unit.

if one of you wants to call the federal trade commission or some other agency that regulates this, and go after them, let the rest of us know. MBUSA isn't going to do anything on their own based on owner input.

Yeah, it would be a long, long shot. Besides, almost every auto brochure I have ever seen has a disclaimer clause regarding how all specs, colors, details, etc are not guaranteed and to see your retailer for details.
